By downloading, accessing, or using the GoFitWellness mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, upload offensive content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the App's performance, use bots or scrapers, or impersonate any person or entity.

Trainers who register with a valid certification license may upload and sell workout programs. Trainers warrant all content is original or properly licensed and based on sound professional knowledge. GoFitWellness may remove content and revoke trainer privileges for violations.

All digital content purchases are final and non-refundable. Purchases on iOS are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Refunds may still be processed directly by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

The App and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing content grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

The GoFitWellness platform and all content, workouts, programs, and recommendations are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GoFitWellness does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific fitness, health, or performance results from using the platform. Users should consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any exercise, nutrition, or wellness program. Participation in any fitness activity is done at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoFitWellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

You can delete your account directly inside the app by going to Settings > Security > Delete Account. Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be scheduled for deletion according to our Privacy Policy. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Purchased content access may be lost after account deletion. GoFitWellness may also terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms.
