Your privacy matters to us — here is what we collect and why

We collect your email, display name, and optional profile photo on registration. Trainers also provide certification details. We automatically collect usage data, device info, and payment data is handled securely via Apple or Stripe — we never store full card numbers.

We use your data to provide and improve the app, process transactions, send notifications, personalize your experience, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. Limited data is shared with trainers for purchases and messages, with payment processors for transactions, and with service providers for hosting and analytics.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit, TLS/SSL, Row-Level Security policies, and secure hashed passwords.

You may access, correct, or delete your data. You can delete your account directly inside the app by going to Settings > Security > Delete Account. Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be scheduled for deletion according to our Privacy Policy. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Purchased content access may be lost after account deletion.

The App is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
